Continuing my resolution to do something every day, however big or small, to hit back at Donald Trump’s antidemocratic agenda. Today I wrote a letter to the editor of the Times Argus about the kidnapping of Mohsen Mahdawi by a gaggle of Fascist cosplayers. Not the biggest blow against the empire, but one day at a time.

I can never get to comment easily on your site. So alas, email. You ARE doing something and it’s important. The free press is what brought down a nasty invasion of the KKK in all levels of government back in the mid 1920s. Journalists got hurt. But they persevered. The fact is, we can all do SOMETHING. We may think it’s small, but it’s not. We can send letters, make phone calls, give rides, support community, and RESIST the eating away of community foundations. (That is rampant. Just be aware and you’ll see it. Resisting it makes one a PIA, but oh well. Thank us later.) Thank you for what you do. Barb Mo
I called the Gov and told him to say something re the White River Jct resident. (not sure of Jct part) glad the State Rep or Senate person I forget which lol was there.
